Rhinoceros Accessories can offer full refunds on online purchases within 14 days of the transaction being completed and items being shipped out. The item must be returned to qualify for a refund. Additionally, there will be a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the order before tax due to the service charge.

All items considered for returns must be "as new" in their original, unopened condition, free of visible marks, scratches or defects, and complete with all packaging materials. All returns are subject to inspection and return approval by our staff. Once we receive the item and it has passed the inspection, we will issue the refund.

Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
