We currently ship to anywhere within Canada.
Unfortunately, due to various reasons such as high shipping costs and complications crossing borders, we do not ship outside of Canada.
Yes, of course. Our address is 1551 Johnston St #102, Vancouver, BC V6H 3R9, Canada. Our regular store hours are 10 AM - 6 PM. Feel free to drop by!
Returns
Yes, we can offer a full refund of the item within 14 days of the purchase. However, we will require you to return the item and it must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Additionally, if the item has already been processed and shipped out or picked up, there will be a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the item cost before tax due to the service charge. The shipping fee is nonrefundable.

Additionally, the item must be "as new" in their original, unopened condition, free of visible marks, scratches or defects, and complete with all packaging materials.
