Shipping & Pick-Up Policy
While we are doing our best to fulfill your orders, due to COVID-19, your deliveries may take longer than usual to arrive.
At Rhinoceros Accessories we do our best to ensure you receive your purchases in a timely and efficient manner. Unfortunately we do not handle the shipping process and are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding!
Shipping time will depend on the destination. You will be contacted when your order ships, with a tracking number for each package. You can visit the Canada Post website for more information, or you can use our store's "Track Your Order" feature.
Flat Rate Shipping
Shipping rates will be calculated at check out and apply to online retail orders only, based on the items in your cart. We use your shipping address and the total dollar amount of your order to calculate the rate.
Orders within BC that total $100 CAD before taxes and fees are eligible for free shipping!
$3 shipping is now available for greeting cards.
We currently only ship within Canada and to the US.
Online orders have the option for free pick up at our store. If you choose this option, you must arrange a time to pick up. After you complete your order, we will use your provided contact information to schedule the pick up time.
We hope that you enjoy everything you purchase from Rhinoceros Accessories. However, in the case you are not satisfied with your order, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to resolve the issue. Please read our policy below before contacting us!
Rhinoceros Accessories offers full refunds on online purchases within 14 days of the purchase. All items considered for refund must be "as new" in their original, unopened condition, free of visible marks, scratches or defects, and complete with all packaging materials. All returns are subject to inspection and return approval by our staff. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
Sales are final on:
- Food or other perishables
- Personal care products
- All discounted or sale items
- All items that have been used or not in their original packaging
